Backstage Update on Stardom Talent in the Forbidden Door 2023
The upcoming AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2023 event is less than two weeks away, and recent reports suggest that it’s unlikely that talent from STARDOM will be part of the card. This information was shared by Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, who stated that as of Sunday, no one from STARDOM had been contacted by AEW.
Despite previous reports that AEW had been in touch with NJPW about the involvement of its sister promotion in their inter-promotional supercard, it seems that the likelihood of STARDOM talent appearing is low. This is due to the fact that most STARDOM wrestlers are booked for a different pay-per-view in Japan on the same day.
