In a recent interview with Rasslin, Tony Khan, the President of AEW, addressed the speculation about a potential brand split between Dynamite and Collision. Khan clarified that while certain talents will be featured on specific shows, there are no definitive plans for a roster split.

Khan stated, “I am going to feature certain talent on certain shows, but I haven’t drawn any hard lines or locked us into any kind of split of a roster.” He further explained that this approach allows for flexibility in showcasing wrestlers on both Dynamite and Collision, depending on the storyline and timing.

Khan also emphasized the strength of the AEW roster and the opportunity to utilize the talent more frequently across five hours of television. He added, “Across five hours of television, we can really utilize the roster much more frequently and utilize our great wrestlers more than they’ve ever been used before, so I’m very excited.”

Despite the rumors, it appears that AEW will continue to operate as a unified brand, with the champions representing all shows and promotions. The wrestling community awaits to see how this strategy will unfold with the launch of Collision.
