WWE Banned Racist Segment Between Paul Heyman and Sami Zayn

One of the most acclaimed storylines of recent times in WWE, was the one starring Sami Zayn and the entire The Bloodline, which ended up culminating in great matches and moments during the last Road to WrestleMania, including the biggest event of the year.

In a recent interview, Paul Heyman, who plays the role of “Wise Man” in The Bloodline, revealed that a racist segment, however unintentional on his part, ended up being banned by WWE.

LEIA MAIS:

“I’m a huge fan of the True Romance scenes. Like many, I don’t watch the whole movie because it’s too long. But every scene makes it worthy of being one of the greatest movies ever made. I’m reminded of a classic Gary Oldman quote from Christian Slater and wanted to recreate with Sami Zayn. It would have been something like, ‘You know what your problem is, Sami? You thought it was white boy day. As the only white person here, I have to say that on Relevancy Island, never was white boy day’.”
