Cody Rhodes to Lose the Undisputed WWE Championship to Major Superstar, Predicts Ex-Host, Before Winning it Back
Cody Rhodes has been holding the Undisputed WWE Championship for over 100 days. However, a former WWE host thinks The American Nightmare could lose the title to another top superstar before winning it back.
The superstar in question is none other than the legendary Randy Orton. The Viper is currently in a storyline with the World Heavyweight Champion Gunther on Monday Night RAW. He will challenge The Ring General for the title in the German capital at Bash in Berlin. Speaking on his The Wrestling Matt podcast, former The Bump host Matt Camp predicted that the 14-time world champion would fail to dethrone Gunther.

Meanwhile, Camp claimed The Viper could later defeat Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship to become a 15-time world champion, possibly to fight with John Cena over his 16th world title.
“You still have that underlying story of ‘Well, Randy’s trying to get to 16.’ A certain former rival of his [John Cena] is at 16 and is on a retirement tour next year. Could that come into play? And I’m not saying Randy’s gonna beat Gunther because I don’t think it will happen. I do think Randy could beat Cody and I think Cody can win it back. I think that’s in play because I, like many of you, would like to see a heel Randy Orton but I’ve talked about that plenty. We’re not there yet,”
