WWE Announces Randy Orton vs. The Bloodline
WWE has officially announced a highly anticipated match featuring Randy Orton against The Bloodline, set to take place on this week’s episode of SmackDown. This announcement follows Orton’s impactful return to WWE at Survivor Series last month, where he played a crucial role in Cody Rhodes’ team’s victory over The Judgment Day and Drew McIntyre in the Men’s WarGames match.
Orton recently made headlines by signing with the blue brand on the previous episode of SmackDown. His debut was marked by a confrontation with Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso, leading to a brawl where LA Knight assisted Orton, culminating in Orton standing tall.

Orton, a 14-time world champion and one of the most decorated superstars in WWE history, has expressed his ambition to surpass the record for most world title reigns, currently held by Ric Flair and John Cena at 16. In a recent appearance on IMPAULSIVE, Orton stated, “Oh, of course, I want to do everything I can, man. Longevity is always the number one goal for me. And being able to go home, play with my kids, and not be in pain, right? That’d be the ultimate goal. But as many accomplishments I can accomplish in WWE, the more, the better.”
With only three more world titles needed to break the record, Orton’s upcoming matches, including a speculated face-off with Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble next month, are drawing significant attention from fans and commentators alike.
