WWE Surprisingly Acknowledges Brock Lesnar in Major Announcement

WWE recently confirmed Paul Heyman’s induction into the WWE Hall of Fame. Notably, the announcement made reference to Heyman’s past association with Brock Lesnar. Lesnar has been absent from WWE programming since his defeat at SummerSlam 2023.

Lesnar’s name appeared in a lawsuit filed against former WWE CEO Vince McMahon. McMahon stepped down from his position prior to Royal Rumble 2024.

WWE made the announcement on its official website and as pointed out by WrestleTalk on X (formerly Twitter), the company mentioned Brock Lesnar.

A former WWE manager suggested that Bron Breakker filled the spot originally intended for Lesnar. This follows reports of WWE altering plans for the 2024 Royal Rumble event after the lawsuit emerged.

Breakker, now a SmackDown roster member, made a notable appearance in the men’s Royal Rumble match.
