WWE has brought back veteran competitor Jazz in a coaching role at its Orlando Performance Center this week. The two-time former Women’s Champion was spotted training with NXT talent, including Karmen Petrovic, who shared an image of the session on social media.
Petrovic’s post praised Jazz as “the phenom [who] still & always will have it,” referencing the trailblazer’s lasting influence. Jazz last competed for WWE in 2006 during the ECW revival, but maintained an active career elsewhere, including a historic three-year NWA Women’s Title reign.
Since retiring in 2021, Jazz has made select appearances for TNA alongside her husband, former WWE star Rodney Mack. Her temporary return as a coach continues WWE’s tradition of involving respected veterans in talent development.
