Rhea Ripley earned a spot in the 2025 Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match by winning a qualifying bout on the May 19, 2025, edition of WWE RAW in Greenville, South Carolina. The triple threat match originally included Kairi Sane and Zoey Stark as Ripley’s opponents.
During the course of the qualifier, Zoey Stark was removed due to an injury, which altered the contest primarily into a one-on-one confrontation between Ripley and Kairi Sane. Kairi Sane competed using her “Pirate Princess” gimmick. Rhea Ripley secured the victory after executing her Rip Tide finishing move.
Ripley’s qualification makes her the third confirmed participant in the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match, joining Alexa Bliss, who qualified on the May 16 episode of WWE SmackDown, and Roxanne Perez, who won her qualifying match earlier on the same May 19 WWE RAW program. The 2025 Money in the Bank premium live event is set to take place on Saturday, June 7, at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, and will be the 16th event in the series.
