
An incident outside the WWE Performance Center resulted in an arrest late Tuesday night, with new details emerging regarding the individual taken into custody. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Florida confirmed the apprehension of Shawn Chan, 41, near the WWE facility.
Deputies made contact with Chan at approximately 11:30 p.m. on June 3, 2025, outside the WWE Performance Center, located at 5055 Forsyth Commerce Rd. Authorities arrested Chan due to an outstanding burglary warrant issued by the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
Chan was subsequently booked into the Orange County Jail. The official arrest report indicates Chan’s apprehension occurred at 10:49 PM Eastern Time (22:49), and confirms the responding officer’s body-worn camera was recording during the arrest.

Despite initial online speculation, the arrest report contains no mention of any altercation or stalking allegations linked to WWE or its property. Original reports from one specific source had claimed that Liv Morgan’s alleged stalker was arrested outside the WWE PC following WWE NXT on June 3.
Chan, a Hong Kong native residing in Florida, remains held at the Orange County Jail in Orlando.
