Ethan Page made his first successful defense of the NXT North American Championship in a Fatal 4-Way match at the WWE x AAA Worlds Collide event.
The contest featured Page defending his title against a field of challengers that included Je’Von Evans, Rey Fenix, and AAA World Cruiserweight Champion Laredo Kid.
The match reached its conclusion when Page pushed Laredo Kid into the path of a top-rope cutter from Evans. Page then removed Evans from the ring and executed his ‘Twisted Grin’ maneuver on Laredo Kid to secure the pinfall victory.
