A recent report indicates a significant push is planned for SmackDown’s Giulia, a move that aligns with her recent escalation of hostilities toward Women’s United States Champion Zelina Vega. The developing conflict appears poised to be a central focus for the former NXT Women’s Champion.
The situation intensified following Vega’s victory in a Bakersfield Brawl against Piper Niven earlier this month on SmackDown. After the match, Giulia executed an attack on Vega and posed with the Women’s United States Championship, making her intentions clear.
In response to the assault, Zelina Vega conferred with SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis, declaring her intent to confront Giulia directly on this Friday’s broadcast.

“So, next week, I’m making it for her face-to-face because I don’t need to pretend or hide for nobody,” Vega stated.

This planned face-to-face encounter follows a report from PWInsider Elite suggesting that there is a belief within the company that Giulia will receive a considerable amount of television time moving forward.
Vega has held the Women’s United States Championship since defeating Chelsea Green on the April 25 edition of SmackDown. The title win was her first singles championship on the main roster.
Giulia, 31, has already made an impact since her main roster arrival. Last month, she secured a place in the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match by defeating both Charlotte Flair and Zelina Vega in a Triple Threat qualifying bout. Naomi ultimately won the contract at the premium live event. Before her call-up, Giulia held the NXT Women’s Championship, a title she lost to Stephanie Vaquer, who is now a member of the WWE RAW roster.
