A backstage role on WWE’s creative team is reportedly a goal for Hall of Famer The Undertaker, according to recent comments from Konnan.
Speaking on his Keepin’ It 100 podcast, the wrestling veteran stated that The Undertaker has shown significant interest in the creative process and has already participated in a backstage capacity at recent events. Konnan specified that The Undertaker was involved in planning for both the Money in the Bank and the AAA Worlds Collide shows.
“Yes, bro was running around. So I think that Undertaker wants to get into creative,” Konnan said. “He likes it a lot, and he was in creative at Money in the Bank. He was at the other one [Worlds Collide] and he’s very interested in being part of the creative team.”
Konnan also spoke favorably of The Undertaker’s aptitude for the work, mentioning that his ideas reflect a strong understanding of wrestling philosophy. This potential career shift follows The Undertaker’s retirement from in-ring competition, which concluded with the Boneyard Match against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36.
