The May 17 broadcast of AEW Collision: Beach Break experienced a significant disruption when the final half-hour, including the ROH Tag Team Championship main event, was unexpectedly cut off and replaced by the film “Black Adam.”
Subsequent to this programming issue, AEW announced via a Twitter post around 2 PM ET that the complete May 17 episode of AEW Collision: Beach Break had been made accessible for streaming through the TNT Drama app, providing a direct link for viewers.
However, the episode is reportedly not yet available on the MAX streaming platform. This has led to continued discussion among viewers on social media, with some expressing their ongoing search for the content on MAX.
Following the incident, Rich Guleksen, the Associate Director of Live Events for Warner Bros. Discovery, provided an explanation via his Bluesky account. Guleksen stated, “Just heard about this. Very sorry this happened.” He further elaborated, “It actually was a severe technical problem with show delivery [and] recording. The team is working to get this put back together for MAX replay & TNT VOD ASAP.”
