
The Young Bucks are expected to return to AEW television soon, according to a new report. Matt and Nick Jackson have been absent from AEW programming since losing the AEW World Tag Team Championships on the October 30 episode of Dynamite to Private Party.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that creative plans are currently in development for The Young Bucks’ return to AEW television. The report notes that the tag team was seen backstage at the recent show in Oceanside, California.
Matt and Nick Jackson have remained active in NJPW during their AEW absence. Their most recent NJPW match took place on February 11, where they lost the IWGP Tag Team Championships to Los Ingobernables de Japon.

While creative plans are being developed for their AEW return, the report does not specify when The Young Bucks will actually reappear on AEW programming.
During their time away from AEW television, Matt Jackson and his spouse, Dana Massie, launched a new YouTube channel called “Never Not Jet Lagged,” which focuses on their travel experiences.
Prior to their absence, The Young Bucks had been serving their third reign as AEW World Tag Team Champions before dropping the titles to Private Party on the October 30 episode of Dynamite.
