Randy Orton has been absent from WWE programming since November 8, when Kevin Owens delivered a package piledriver.

According to WrestleVotes, the situation appears more complex than a typical storyline or injury-related absence.

I don’t want to speculate on injuries. I don’t have anything concrete, but I believe there’s something keeping him off TV that’s not storyline related. I’ve heard some things about Randy that I don’t want to speculate on yet. Nothing serious, but I don’t think he was ready to return to TV yet.
