Damian Priest has formally challenged Drew McIntyre to a steel cage match. This proposed confrontation is slated for the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24. The challenge was issued during the May 16 broadcast of WWE SmackDown.
During his address on WWE SmackDown, Priest declared his aggressive intentions for the potential match. He stated he wanted to beat McIntyre “to where he wouldn’t be recognizable.” This direct challenge aims to bring their heated rivalry to a new level of intensity inside the confines of a steel structure.
This latest development follows a recent history of intense encounters between the two competitors. Drew McIntyre previously defeated Damian Priest in a street fight that took place at WrestleMania 41.
