Balor posted on X (formerly Twitter): “Finn vs @AJStylesOrg 4 encounters Finn 2 AJ 2 (SWEET)”. This points to an unresolved issue between the two veterans after Styles secured the win on WWE RAW.
Their recent match stemmed from Styles targeting the Intercontinental Championship, held by Balor’s stablemate Dominik Mysterio. Mysterio had requested Balor deal with The Phenomenal One. Styles’ victory continues his pursuit of Mysterio, who retained his title at Backlash with help from El Grande Americano.
