WWE included Sting’s WrestleMania 31 match against Triple H in their “50 Greatest WrestleMania Matches Ever” collection on YouTube, ranking it at number 49. This acknowledgment comes months after The Icon’s retirement from in-ring competition at AEW Revolution last year.

The WWE Hall of Famer made his Survivor Series debut in 2014, confronting Triple H and setting up their WrestleMania 31 clash. The No Disqualification match featured interference from D-Generation X and the nWo, with Triple H ultimately securing the victory over Sting in his WrestleMania debut.
