Former WWE Champion Rumored for Spot in Seth Rollins’ Stable

Speculation is growing that Carmelo Hayes could join Seth Rollins' faction following a notable interference from Rollins' allies on SmackDown.

The possibility of Carmelo Hayes joining Seth Rollins’ dominant faction has become a subject of discussion following recent events on SmackDown. During a King of the Ring qualifying match between Hayes and LA Knight, Rollins’ associates, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, neutralized Knight at ringside. This action was widely interpreted as a potential extension of an offer to Hayes.

An alliance would place Hayes, a former NXT Champion, within one of the most powerful groups in WWE. Since WrestleMania 41, Rollins has systematically built a formidable coalition, securing the services of Paul Heyman for strategic counsel alongside the physical presence of Breakker and Reed. This has established the faction as a primary force on WWE programming.

Rollins’ own standing, currently holding the 2025 Men’s Money in the Bank contract, adds to the group’s influence. The faction’s aggressive tactics were on display during the June 6 episode of SmackDown when they collectively attacked LA Knight, underscoring their ruthless operational style.

With the Night of Champions event scheduled for June 28, any potential expansion of Rollins’ ranks would significantly alter the competitive landscape. Aligning with a figure of Rollins’ stature would provide Hayes with a direct path toward main event contention.
