GUNTHER issued a direct admonishment to Logan Paul during the May 19, 2025, edition of WWE RAW, which took place in Greenville, South Carolina. The interaction followed an opening segment where Paul discussed his impending World Heavyweight Championship match against Jey Uso, scheduled for Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24 in Tampa, Florida.
In his promo, Logan Paul confidently predicted his victory over Jey Uso. GUNTHER, who lost the championship to Uso at WrestleMania 41 and intends to challenge the winner of the upcoming title bout, then made his presence known. GUNTHER acknowledged Paul’s business acumen and the potential benefits of Paul holding the championship. However, he asserted that Paul defeating Jey Uso would be interpreted as a significant personal disrespect, given GUNTHER’s own history with Uso and the title. Audience members were vocal during this segment with “you tapped out” chants directed at GUNTHER.
The former champion then warned Paul that his achievements outside of wrestling would hold no value if they were to meet in Phoenix on June 9, stating he would “eat him alive.” After GUNTHER exited, Jey Uso entered the ring and delivered a superkick to Logan Paul.
