A masked figure suddenly approached Cena from behind, attempting an RKO. Cena swiftly countered, delivering an Attitude Adjustment to the impostor.
Moments later, the real Orton emerged, striking Cena with a decisive RKO before standing victorious with the championship.

The disguised attacker was later confirmed as NXT talent Shawn Spears. Visible facial features and distinctive tattoos matched Spears, who concealed parts of his arms with black tape to mimic Orton’s ink.
Spears currently leads The Culling faction in NXT alongside Brooks Jensen, Niko Vance, and Izzi Dame.
