Kairi Sane publicly reacted to her Damage CTRL teammate IYO SKY winning the WWE Women’s World Championship. SKY defeated Rhea Ripley during the March 3 episode of Raw to claim the title.
The championship match took place with Bianca Belair observing from ringside to scout her potential WrestleMania opponent. SKY secured the victory less than two months before the April 19-20 premium live event.
Sane expressed her support by sharing a GIF on Twitter showing herself embracing SKY in the ring. The post served as her public acknowledgment of her faction partner’s achievement.

Sane has not competed in WWE since the December 2, 2024 edition of Raw. She previously confirmed she was dealing with an arm injury at the start of the year.
Her tag team partner Asuka has been absent from WWE programming for an even longer period, last wrestling in May 2024.
