Karrion Kross has openly criticized the leak of his WWE contract status, calling it an invasion of privacy. Reports recently surfaced that his deal expires later this year—information Kross says was never meant to be public.
In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Kross vented his frustration:
That put me over the edge. It was just one thing after another. I’m still pretty pissed about that. I don’t know who did it, but I was out of my mind at that moment. It’s just privacy, you know what I mean?
The leak came shortly after WWE released Paul Ellering and the Authors of Pain, key members of Kross’ Final Testament faction. Despite growing fan support—evident in live crowds and new merchandise sales—WWE has yet to fully capitalize on Kross’ momentum on television. His recent promos, blending reality and character work, have fueled his rising popularity.
