Kenny Omega Reveals Bayley's Support During Health Struggle

Kenny Omega, who returned to AEW and NJPW in 2025 after recovering from diverticulitis, recently acknowledged WWE star Bayley for her support during his health struggles. During a Twitch stream, Omega revealed that Bayley sent him a message while he was sidelined in 2024.

Bayley is an incredible human being. I’ve never met her, but she reached out hoping for my speedy recovery. That’s how you know someone is genuinely good. I’d always stick up for her—it meant a lot.

Omega made his in-ring return earlier this year, winning the AEW International Championship at Revolution 2025.

His recovery followed months of treatment for the condition, which had kept him out of action for the entirety of 2024. Bayley, currently on hiatus from WWE, has not publicly commented on the interaction.
