Lawsuit Filed Against WWE, UFC, Top Executives Alleges Misconduct

A new lawsuit targeting multiple entertainment companies and executives was filed on February 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Luis Danny Soto named Endeavor Group Holdings, WWE, UFC, Seven Bucks Productions, Dwayne Johnson, and Dana White as defendants in the legal action.

The 12-page filing contains numerous serious allegations, including claims of harassment, conspiracy, and unauthorized medical experimentation. Soto alleges WWE has previously influenced officials across multiple states and suggests the merger with UFC under TKO Group Holdings was designed to evade legal accountability.

Among the more unusual claims, Soto asserts medical treatment equipment was secretly installed in his home without consent. He alleges this equipment was utilized by executives, celebrities, politicians, and law enforcement officials.

The plaintiff claims the equipment, purportedly used for treating drug-related mental disorders, caused him both physical and emotional distress. His allegations extend to years of harassment, threats, and discrimination from WWE and UFC personnel.

The lawsuit further alleges the existence of what Soto describes as a “clandestine black market” involving illicit activities within these companies. He claims virtual medical patient simulators were used to inflict physical and psychological harm, resulting in seizures and pain.

Additional allegations include accusations that company executives bribed officials to cover up misconduct and hacked into his personal life to intimidate him through AI-generated videos. Soto also claims he endured distressing tactics including exposure to putrid odors and threats involving fabricated DNA evidence.

The plaintiff alleges his civil rights were violated based on his perceived race, religion, political affiliation, gender, and sexual orientation. He is seeking compensatory and punitive damages for emotional, mental, and physical suffering, along with reimbursement for financial losses.

Soto has requested a jury trial, though court records indicate no defendants have been served with the lawsuit as of this writing. The filing contains no supporting documentation for any of the allegations made.
