The upcoming AEW pay-per-view, Double or Nothing, will feature the Anarchy in the Arena match, and details regarding the participants have begun to surface. A report from Fightful Select indicates a massive ten-person tag team clash is anticipated.
One side is expected to consist of Swerve Strickland, Willow Nightingale, Kenny Omega, Samoa Joe, and Powerhouse Hobbs. Their opponents are slated to be The Young Bucks, Jon Moxley, Gabe Kidd, and Marina Shafir, according to the same report.
Further speculation from Fightful Select suggests Katsuyori Shibata and Claudio Castagnoli could potentially be added to the opposing teams, thereby increasing the scale of the encounter. The report also notes that Hook and Wheeler Yuta, while not specifically named, could conceivably become involved.
Separately at Double or Nothing, Speedball Mike Bailey is expected to challenge Kazuchika Okada for the Continental Championship. Despite their scheduled title contest, there is a possibility that both Bailey and Okada might make appearances during the Anarchy in the Arena match.
