WWE confirmed during the Money in the Bank broadcast that Nikki Bella is set to make her return to the company’s programming. The Hall of Famer is scheduled to appear on the June 9, 2025, episode of WWE RAW, which will take place at the PHX Arena in Phoenix, Arizona.
This televised appearance, her first since competing in the 2025 Royal Rumble, has intensified discussions about a potential in-ring comeback for the former Divas Champion. Speculation is heavily focused on the rumored all-women’s Evolution 2 event, reportedly scheduled for July 13 in Atlanta, Georgia. Nikki Bella main-evented the inaugural Evolution in 2018 against Ronda Rousey.
Fueling the rumors of a competitive return, Natalya recently revealed that she has been conducting private training sessions with Bella at her Hart Dungeon facility. Reports also indicate that WWE has contacted several legends ahead of a formal announcement for Evolution 2, with Bella believed to be among them for a possible match.
While no specific storyline has been confirmed, a one-on-one match at Evolution 2 would mark her first televised singles contest since her 2018 bout with Rousey. Bayley, who has been absent from television following a storyline injury at WrestleMania 41, has been mentioned as a possible opponent.
Previously, Bella herself sparked rumors on the April 3 edition of the Nikki & Brie Show by teasing an exciting announcement for July, but later clarified this pertained to a movie role in “Happy Gilmore 2” and not a WWE-related matter.
