Masked Star Set for WWE On-Screen Return After Nearly Four Years

Lince Dorado will make his televised WWE comeback next week on Evolve in a championship qualifier, marking his first on-screen appearance since 2021.

Masked Star Set for WWE On-Screen Return After Nearly Four Years

Lince Dorado is scheduled to return to WWE television next week on Evolve, ending a nearly four-year absence from the company’s programming. His last televised match took place in September 2021 on Main Event against Cedric Alexander before his release that November.

Dorado rejoined WWE earlier this year in a dual wrestler/trainer role, officially starting in February. While he has competed in untelevised NXT live events—defeating opponents like Osiris Griffin and Drako Knox—his upcoming Evolve appearance will be his first on-screen match since his return.

The three-way qualifier for the new WWE Evolve Championship will pit Dorado against Jackson Drake and Jordan Oasis. Best known as part of Lucha House Party with Kalisto and Gran Metalik, Dorado also wrestled twice in AEW during his time away, including a four-way match on Rampage in 2023.
