Following her victory, Mone engaged in a tense moment with World Wonder Ring Stardom star Momo Watanabe, who was present in the audience, shoving her championship in Watanabe’s face in a clear act of provocation.
During the match, Mone paid tribute to WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero by performing his signature Shoulder Shimmy. This homage continues Mone’s history of honoring Guerrero, whom she has cited as a significant inspiration in her professional wrestling career.
Mone has held the TBS Championship since May 2024, when she defeated Willow Nightingale at AEW Double or Nothing in her company debut. She currently also holds the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship and the RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship.
