Josh Hart of the New York Knicks recently commented on the interest NBA players have in WWE, following appearances by fellow NBA stars Jalen Brunson and Tyrese Haliburton on WWE programming in 2024. Hart suggested more athletes might seek WWE appearances this summer.
“Yeah, WWE writes a great script,” Josh Hart remarked. “There’s gonna be a lot of guys that’s going to be trying to get on WWE this summer.”
WWE executive Triple H subsequently addressed these comments via a social media post. His message indicated a high volume of communications and referenced the upcoming SummerSlam event. “My phone hasn’t stopped buzzing since Friday. #SummerSlam is coming to @MetLifeStadium in August…,” Triple H wrote.
