Sarah Rowe, known to WWE audiences as Valhalla, has officially closed the chapter on her wrestling persona after confirming her departure from the company. On June 2, she disclosed that her contract would not be renewed, and subsequently marked the end of the gimmick by changing her Instagram username to her real name.
In an emotional message shared on social media, Rowe reflected on the unexpected turn in her career path. Her last match took place on the February 19, 2024, episode of WWE RAW, before she went on maternity leave in April 2024.
“I think the hardest thing to process through all of this is my at home life hasn’t changed,” Rowe wrote. “I haven’t had a normal wrestling schedule since becoming pregnant with my second son, so I’ve been at home, tending to my family and farm, anticipating that my life was about to make a big shift when I came back to wrestling. So that’s the strangest part, to have a humongous life event happen and to not have your life change.”

Rowe’s exit is part of a broader series of roster adjustments within WWE, which have also included the departures of performers like R-Truth and Carlito. Industry analysis suggests that these moves are part of an ongoing effort by the company to reshape its talent pool.
The former Riott Squad member, who previously competed as Sarah Logan, was most recently aligned with The War Raiders on television. She is married to Erik of The War Raiders, who, alongside his partner Ivar, had a significant reign as World Tag Team Champions that concluded at WrestleMania 41 in a title loss to The New Day.
