A scheduled appearance by Nikki Bella on the June 16 episode of WWE RAW was canceled after Liv Morgan sustained an injury earlier in the broadcast.
Bella had previously used social media to announce she would be in Green Bay to continue the storyline that began with Morgan attacking her on the previous week’s show.
The change in plans was necessitated when Morgan’s singles match against Kairi Sane was abruptly stopped. The injury occurred when Morgan landed awkwardly on her right arm and shoulder following a takedown from Sane. WWE medical personnel immediately attended to Morgan at ringside as the program went to a commercial break.

When the broadcast returned, it was announced the match had been halted, with Kairi Sane declared the winner. Commentary later provided an update that Morgan was believed to have suffered a dislocated shoulder.
With Morgan removed from the remainder of the show, the planned segment involving Nikki Bella was scrapped. The interaction was expected to advance their feud ahead of the Evolution event scheduled for July 13.
