This week on WWE RAW, Paul Heyman engaged in a notable interaction with AJ Styles backstage. The segment occurred prior to Styles’ scheduled participation in a Money in the Bank qualifying match against CM Punk and El Grande Americano.
Heyman initiated the conversation by wishing AJ Styles a happy 48th birthday. Following the pleasantries, Heyman’s intentions became apparent as he advised Styles to remove himself from the World Title picture. Instead, Heyman suggested Styles should direct his focus towards Dominik Mysterio’s Intercontinental Title.
AJ Styles quickly discerned Heyman’s attempt to manipulate him and offered a strong rebuttal. Styles stated that he didn’t care if it was John Cena, The Bloodline, or The Judgment Day in his path. He then instructed Heyman to tell Rollins that he knows all about his plan.

Concluding the exchange, Styles reminded Heyman of a well-known adage, asserting that everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.
