Roman Reigns is set to feature in the upcoming Amazon Prime Video heist comedy, “The Pickup,” scheduled for release on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. Amazon MGM released the film’s first promotional poster on May 29th, which includes Reigns among a cast featuring Eddie Murphy, Keke Palmer, and Pete Davidson.
While Reigns is not in a leading role, his participation in “The Pickup” marks another foray into Hollywood for the wrestler, who previously appeared in “Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw.” Director Tim Story had confirmed Reigns’ involvement in this project earlier in the year, clarifying previous speculation that had linked Reigns to a different comedy titled “Good Fortune.”

This acting endeavor is consistent with Reigns’ reduced WWE schedule and his expressed intentions to explore more opportunities in entertainment as his in-ring career progresses.
