Roxanne Perez was officially announced as a member of the WWE RAW roster on May 19, 2025, and subsequently won a triple threat qualifying match to earn a spot in the upcoming Money in the Bank ladder match. The announcement of her signing was made by Adam Pearce prior to her match.
In the qualifier, Perez competed against Becky Lynch and Natalya. The contest featured notable moments, including Natalya applying a Sharpshooter to both opponents. Later, after Lynch delivered a Manhandle Slam to Natalya, Lyra Valkyria intervened, engaging Lynch at ringside and disrupting her attempt to secure a victory. When Natalya subsequently applied the Sharpshooter to Lynch, Valkyria again involved herself by pulling Lynch from the submission to continue their altercation. This distraction allowed Roxanne Perez to execute her Pop Rox finishing move on Natalya for the pinfall.
With this victory, Perez became the second woman to qualify for the Money in the Bank match. Alexa Bliss secured the first position during a previous WWE SmackDown event, a qualification the source material connected to the date of June 7.
