WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry believes The Wyatt Sicks should adopt a strategy similar to John Cena‘s vow to “ruin wrestling,” advocating for the faction to cause widespread disruption until they are granted championship opportunities. Henry’s comments came during an episode of Busted Open, following the group’s chaotic return to WWE programming on the May 23 SmackDown.
Speaking on Busted Open, Mark Henry detailed how he envisions The Wyatt Sicks leveraging their disruptive potential. He directly referenced John Cena‘s recent declarations as a blueprint. “I would have them come out and ruin everything,” Henry stated. “Just like John Cena said he was gonna ruin wrestling, I would have The Wyatt Sicks do the same version of what John Cena’s doing. ‘We’re gonna ruin everything. You will not have a successful championship match. You will not have a successful tag team match. You will not have a successful trios [triple threat match]. Nothing is gonna go well unless we get the opportunity for those titles.’ End of story.”
The Wyatt Sicks, comprised of Dexter Lumis, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, Nikki Cross, and Uncle Howdy (also known as Bo Dallas), made their return to WWE after a five-month hiatus. During the May 23 episode of SmackDown, the faction interrupted a WWE Tag Team Championship match between the Street Profits and Fraxiom. The group proceeded to attack both competing teams, along with Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Candice LeRae, Johnny Gargano, and Tommaso Ciampa, despite receiving a positive initial reaction from the audience. Their prolonged absence was reportedly due to an injury sustained by Uncle Howdy.

The comparison to John Cena stems from his own recent statements. After capturing the Undisputed WWE Championship from Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41, the 17-time World Champion proclaimed his intention to “ruin wrestling.” Henry suggests a parallel path of intentional chaos for The Wyatt Sicks to achieve their championship ambitions within WWE.
