Becky Lynch has been absent from WWE television since her Steel Cage match loss to Liv Morgan on the May 27, 2024, episode of RAW. According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp on this week’s episode of The Hump, WWE continues to develop plans for her return.
It’s a creative situation with her. She’s under contract, that’s confirmed, but it’s all from a creative aspect right now. It’s what’s been waiting on.
Prior to her departure, Lynch’s final championship reign concluded at King and Queen of the Ring in Saudi Arabia, where Liv Morgan captured the title.
This followed Lynch’s earlier victory in a Battle Royal to claim the Women’s World Championship, which became vacant after Rhea Ripley relinquished it due to injury following their WrestleMania XL encounter.
