WWE 2K25 received a significant update today, May 30, 2025, with the deployment of Patch 1.13 across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. WWE Games and 2K officially announced the patch on their website this afternoon, detailing numerous improvements and fixes implemented ahead of the game’s next scheduled DLC pack.
The update brings general stability and performance enhancements. Specific gameplay adjustments include rectifying instances of some Superstars having incorrect moves assigned and ensuring the “Trouble in Paradise” signature maneuver now inflicts the intended amount of damage.
For “The Island” mode, developers addressed reported concerns regarding player portraits displaying incorrectly and user portraits becoming corrupted after selecting parts in the Driporium. Players encountering this issue are advised to visit MyBooth and re-customize their portrait to resolve the problem.
Universe mode also saw several targeted fixes. These include solutions for the “KO” win condition improperly reverting in certain scenarios, custom Superstars occasionally becoming invisible or disappearing during match promos, and various issues affecting Brawl and Underground matches. Additionally, the patch addresses problems with some Rivalry Outcomes not correctly applying to custom Superstars and instances where the match card could reset after being manually edited with a custom rule.
This patch precedes the release of the “Dunk & Destruction” DLC pack, which is slated for June 25, 2025. This upcoming content will introduce Abyss, Great Khali, the Indiana Pacers’ Tyrese Haliburton, and two other NBA stars to the playable roster.
Following that, the “Fearless Pack” is scheduled for July 23, featuring New Jack, Jordynne Grace, Penta, and Bull Nakano, along with a special celebrity guest yet to be announced. The “Attitude Era Superstars Pack” will arrive on September 17, adding D’Lo Brown, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Victoria, and Mark Henry. Finally, the “Saturday Night’s Main Event Pack” is set for November 12, including Jesse Ventura, Mr. Wonderful, Tito Santana, Junk Yard Dog, and Sid Justice.
