WWE sees major potential in Jacob Fatu, who joined Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline faction upon his debut in June 2024. Since then, Fatu has maintained a consistent presence on television and recently gained more singles opportunities, while also participating in notable confrontations with Roman Reigns.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reports that Fatu’s television appearances and interactions have been deliberately structured, with WWE recognizing how fans perceive him differently from other Bloodline members. The report notes that forcing Fatu to relinquish his tag team championship was also part of his character development. Sapp clarifies he has not been specifically told about a potential WrestleMania 41 match between Fatu and Sikoa.
The face-offs between Fatu and Roman Reigns were intentional strategic decisions, according to Sapp’s sources. Creative personnel, executives and other backstage figures expect Fatu to remain a top-tier performer for years to come. Sources also credit Fatu for significantly improving his physical condition prior to his WWE arrival.
