The injury occurred during a Money in the Bank qualifying match when Stark landed improperly following a missile dropkick, causing her knee to buckle. Medical personnel promptly removed her from the match for evaluation.
WWE sources indicate Stark is not expected to return to action in time for WrestleMania 42 in 2026. While WWE has not provided official details regarding the surgery, Fightful reported it as a significant procedure and noted it was not her first major operation on the injured knee. Stark has not publicly commented on her recovery timeline.
This setback interrupts a period of increasing momentum for Stark, who previously allied with Trish Stratus in 2023. She had recently begun to establish her presence on the WWE RAW women’s roster, gaining significant traction before this injury halted her progress.
