WWE Superstar is Cleared to Return to the Ring After Long Hiatus

Edris Enofe announces medical clearance after six-month recovery from shoulder surgery, posting the update to social media while tag partner Malik Blade remains sidelined.

Edris Enofe received medical clearance to return to in-ring action after spending more than six months on the sidelines. The 31-year-old NXT performer shared this development directly through his social media accounts.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Enofe posted a straightforward message confirming his status change, simply stating:

MEDICALLY. CLEARED. #TheEØE #WWENXT.

The wrestler last competed in August 2023 before suffering a shoulder injury that required surgical intervention. Following the procedure, Enofe underwent the necessary rehabilitation process spanning several months before receiving clearance to resume his in-ring career.

Prior to his injury, Enofe formed a tag team with Malik Blade on WWE NXT programming. However, this partnership faced additional complications when Blade sustained his own injury in October 2024, reportedly requiring ACL surgery. Given the typical recovery timeline of six to nine months for such procedures, Blade remains unavailable for competition.

With his medical clearance now secured, Enofe’s return direction remains undetermined. His reintegration into WWE programming could potentially occur in the coming weeks as he begins this new chapter of his career.
