During the Fanatics Fest in New York City over the weekend, Alexa Bliss created a poignant moment with fans that paid tribute to the late Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt. The interaction occurred at a WWE attraction that allowed attendees to experience a full superstar entrance.
WWE shared footage of the moment on its Instagram account. The video shows a fan dressed as The Fiend, complete with mask and lantern, standing at the top of the entrance ramp. A young girl in Alexa Bliss attire, holding a Lilly doll, then joins the cosplayer, accompanied by Bliss herself. Together, the trio walked down the ramp to The Fiend’s “Let Me In” theme music. The segment concluded with Bliss giving a “Too Sweet” gesture to the Fiend cosplayer.
The powerful fan interaction was rooted in Bliss’s well-known on-screen history with Wyatt’s character. In the summer of 2020, Bliss abandoned her “Goddess” persona and aligned herself with The Fiend, becoming a darker entity. Their partnership featured a notable feud with Randy Orton, during which Bliss memorably threw a fireball at him.

That alliance came to an end at WrestleMania 37, where Bliss distracted The Fiend with black liquid dripping down her face, which led to Orton securing a victory. Following Rotunda’s tragic passing in August 2023, his presence has been kept alive by fans and colleagues. Bliss previously honored him at the 2025 Royal Rumble, wearing a jacket inspired by The Fiend during her entrance.
