Kevin Owens made a surprise public appearance this past weekend, representing WWE at Fanatics Fest. The sidelined star, who was in good spirits while signing autographs for Topps, showed no obvious signs of recent medical procedures.
This appearance comes three months after a neck injury forced Owens out of action in March. The issue was serious enough to compel him to withdraw from a planned match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41.
Initially, reports indicated that Owens might require surgery to fix the problem. However, last month he clarified that he and his doctor were exploring alternative treatment options before committing to a surgical procedure. His appearance without any visible signs of treatment suggests this exploratory phase is ongoing.
