Tiffany Stratton aims to silence any doubts about her standing as WWE Women’s Champion. She will face her rival, Nia Jax, in a Last Woman Standing match on the upcoming episode of SmackDown in Saudi Arabia, and the champion herself has revealed the motivation behind choosing such a decisive stipulation.
During an appearance on the SummerSlam Kickoff Show, Stratton addressed why she opted for this specific match type for her ongoing conflict with Jax. The champion stated her intent is to definitively prove her superiority.
“For some reason, Nia Jax said that I am not as good as her. So this Friday, I finally stick it to her that I am just as good, if not better,” Stratton explained.
The challenge was laid down on the most recent edition of SmackDown, which featured a tense in-ring confrontation. Jax recounted how she once mentored Stratton, only to be betrayed, and staked her claim to the WWE Women’s Championship.
