WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair took to social media to issue a bold statement regarding his family’s status in the wrestling industry. His message came in the aftermath of a turbulent series of events involving his daughter, Charlotte Flair, on the most recent edition of WWE SmackDown.
During last Friday’s broadcast, Charlotte Flair secured a singles victory over Chelsea Green. The conclusion of the match, however, led to a post-match assault as Green, alongside her allies Piper Niven and Alba Fyre, launched a three-on-one attack against Flair. The situation prompted the arrival of Alexa Bliss, who rushed to the ring and successfully evened the odds, saving Flair from the beatdown.
Despite Bliss’s intervention, the segment concluded with lingering tension. Flair refused to shake Bliss’s offered hand, choosing instead to walk away and leave Bliss alone in the ring.
In response to the night’s developments, Ric Flair posted a photo of his daughter on Instagram, leaving no doubt about his perspective on their family’s standing.
“It Will Always Be The Flairs First. Whether You Like It Or Don’t Like It, Learn To Love It! WOOOOO! @charlottewwe,” Flair wrote.
The post serves as a defiant declaration, underscoring the family’s prominence amid the complex and evolving storylines in the SmackDown women’s division.
