Top WWE Star Set To Debut New Entrance Music Soon

A recent report indicates that WWE is developing new entrance music for top WWE RAW star Seth Rollins.

A top star on WWE RAW may soon be heading to the ring with a new soundtrack, as a recent report indicates new entrance music is being developed for Seth Rollins. The update was provided by Bryan Alvarez during Tuesday’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio.

Rollins currently uses the theme “The Vision,” which has become popular with live audiences who often sing along to the track. Alvarez argued that this fan interaction was a key component in Rollins’ last babyface run. Now that “The Visionary” is operating as a heel alongside Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed, the sing-along nature of his music could be seen as counterproductive.

Veteran wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer offered a different perspective, arguing that whether the crowd cheers or boos Rollins is irrelevant as long as he receives a strong reaction. He noted that being “over” is the primary goal, regardless of the nature of the audience’s response.

During the most recent episode of WWE RAW in Columbus, Ohio, the crowd was notably less vocal in singing along to Rollins’ theme.

The topic of theme music has become a sensitive issue for many fans, largely centered on the company’s music production group, Def Rebel. The group, which produced Rollins’ current theme, has been the subject of fan criticism for other changes. Most recently, they altered Jordynne Grace’s music for her WWE NXT appearances, reportedly due to rights issues, which led to audible “Fire Def Rebel” chants from the crowd.
