Flair brings significant Royal Rumble experience to the match, having won the event in 2020. That victory led to her successful NXT Women’s Championship match against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 36. She enters this year’s competition after an injury absence spanning over a year.

The winner earns the right to challenge either Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton or Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley at the event.
