The incident occurred during her bout against Kairi Sane and Rhea Ripley when Stark landed awkwardly after attempting a springboard missile dropkick. Medical personnel quickly attended to her before assisting her backstage.

Though specifics about the injury remain unconfirmed, initial backstage concerns suggested a possible tear requiring surgery. Fightful Select reported that WWE officials are operating under the assumption that Stark may be unavailable for the rest of 2025.
