Wrestling Noticias is an independent professional wrestling news publication that primarily serves readers in the United States. Advertising helps fund the website and supports our continuing coverage of the professional wrestling industry.
This Policy explains the commercial material readers may see on Wrestling Noticias and the standards we use to distinguish it from independent editorial coverage.
1. Advertising on Wrestling Noticias
Wrestling Noticias uses programmatic display and video advertising managed by Mediavine. From time to time, we also publish sponsored material as part of a paid commercial relationship.
Programmatic ads may appear within or around articles and in other designated advertising areas. Sponsored material appears only in placements that identify its commercial nature.
2. Editorial Independence
Advertisers and sponsors do not decide which stories we cover, how we report them, or what opinions or conclusions we publish. Payment does not guarantee coverage, favorable treatment, or a positive review.
Coverage decisions are based on editorial judgment, newsworthiness, relevance, and reader interest. Our reporting remains subject to the same accuracy, sourcing, and corrections standards whether or not an advertiser or sponsor has a relationship with Wrestling Noticias.
A sponsor may provide factual information about its company, product, service, or campaign, but Wrestling Noticias retains final control over the wording and publication of material carrying our name. The appearance of an advertisement does not mean that Wrestling Noticias endorses the advertiser, its claims, or its products or services.
3. Programmatic Advertising Through Mediavine
Mediavine manages the programmatic advertising displayed on Wrestling Noticias. Mediavine and participating advertising partners select, deliver, and measure these ads automatically.
The ads shown may vary by reader, location, device, browser, browsing activity, and privacy choices. Because programmatic advertising is automated, we do not manually review every ad before it appears.
Mediavine and its advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, and detect fraud. Depending on a reader’s location and privacy choices, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized.
For information about advertising data and privacy controls, review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If a programmatic ad appears inappropriate, deceptive, unsafe, or technically disruptive, we may report it to Mediavine and request a review or block.
4. Sponsored Content and Paid Relationships
We clearly and prominently label material published in exchange for payment or another material commercial benefit. Paid articles or features that resemble our editorial coverage use the label Sponsored Advertising Content.
The disclosure identifies the sponsor and appears before or immediately above the headline wherever the material is promoted, as well as near the headline on the full article page. If readers could encounter the commercial material through an image, video, social post, or another format without seeing the headline, we place a clear disclosure in that format as well.
This Policy does not replace the disclosure attached to each sponsored item. When a sponsor creates, commissions, or materially influences the content, we explain that role in plain language.
Sponsored material may be produced by Wrestling Noticias, a sponsor, or a contributor. Regardless of who produces it, the material must be relevant to our readers and meet our quality and accuracy standards.
Sponsors are responsible for supporting the factual claims they supply. Wrestling Noticias is responsible for reviewing and clearly labeling the commercial material it publishes.
A paid relationship does not give a sponsor control over unrelated reporting or future coverage.
5. Endorsements and Other Commercial Connections
If Wrestling Noticias recommends or endorses a product, service, event, or other offering after receiving payment or something else of value, we disclose that relationship close to the recommendation. Something of value may include a free product or service, a discount, travel, access, or another benefit that could affect how readers evaluate the recommendation.
Any endorsement must reflect an honest opinion or experience. We do not knowingly make promotional claims that we cannot reasonably support.
An ordinary editorial mention of a product, service, event, ticket, streaming option, or merchandise does not by itself mean that a commercial relationship exists.
6. Advertising Standards
We may decline or end a direct sponsorship that is deceptive, unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, hateful, contains malicious code, or materially conflicts with our standards. We do not knowingly publish paid material that disguises itself as independent reporting or makes unsupported claims.
Programmatic ads are delivered automatically and can change from one visit to another. If one appears to violate these standards, we may ask Mediavine or the relevant advertising partner to investigate, block, or remove it.
We may correct, relabel, or remove sponsored material if we discover a disclosure problem, a material inaccuracy, or another issue that could mislead readers.
7. Third-Party Ads and Websites
Advertisements and sponsored links may lead to websites operated by third parties. Advertisers are responsible for the claims and materials they supply and for ensuring that their ads and landing pages comply with applicable law.
Wrestling Noticias does not operate or control those outside websites. Their terms, privacy practices, security measures, prices, products, services, and offers may differ from ours.
Review a third party’s terms and privacy policy before providing personal information or completing a transaction.
8. Reporting an Advertisement
If you see an advertisement that appears misleading, inappropriate, unsafe, or technically disruptive, email contact@wrestlingnoticias.com with Advertising Complaint in the subject line.
Include the page URL, the date and approximate time, the advertiser or brand name, and a screenshot when possible. Your country or region, device, and browser may also help us identify a programmatic ad.
Do not click or interact with a suspicious advertisement merely to collect information. Because programmatic ads can vary by reader and browsing session, the details above help us locate the ad and request a review.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Advertising Policy when our advertising services, commercial practices, or disclosure standards change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
