With that, several reports have surfaced, including one from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, which states that the creative team is considering adding a special stipulation to this bout that will end their rivalry once and for all.
One of the most discussed ideas internally is a Bullrope Match.
Currently, their series is tied 1-1. Rhodes won the first match at Backlash, with “The Beast” winning the second at Night of Champions.
It’s worth remembering that the tension between the two began the night after WrestleMania 39, when Lesnar attacked Rhodes.
So far, WWE has not officially announced the match stipulation.
